REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Razertech (U) Ltd primarily provides digital products and professional technology services, including software development, web hosting, digital marketing, networking solutions, consulting, and subscription-based services.

Custom Project Services

The following services are considered custom services:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Software Development
  • Branding and Graphic Design
  • Networking Installations
  • IT Consulting Services

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, Razertech reserves the right to retain payment proportional to the work already completed.

Hosting Services

Hosting fees are generally non-refundable after activation.

SaaS Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.

Digital Marketing Services

Amounts spent on advertising, third-party software, and completed campaigns are non-refundable.

Payment Errors

Duplicate payments or payment processing errors will be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
